i know how to downgrade system req for BD game.
what i mean with downgrade is if FW 4.70 is required for the game, i can change it to 3.55 or 4.21 (using ess resigner). i dont know what this kind of action is really called.
problem arise when i update the game.
for example pes 2017. it required 4.80 FW.
i modified it so it can be played on my 4.53 FW.
and the game works fine.
then i heard there's update for pes2017.
download the pkg, make an iso using IDC, and update the game in ps3.
