i am using Super slim ofw 4.53 i am thinkg to update my ofw to latest version and totally forget about ode EMU mode and stick to my original disks

now i just needed conformation to make sure my ps3 PT MODE works without any problem since i moded my hardware

After install Cobra ode on PS3's LED turns off

Hi,
I have Cobra ode V5.20. After install Cobra ode on PS3,when I connect the power, the PS3's LED turns off, but it is necessary to disconnect the cable from the Board with the USB connector and the PS3's LED turns on.
HDD not inserted. What could be the problem?

I've tried everything but I can't get my usb to work! I used to play a lot with my external HDD on cobra and I used to play with cobra manager. I also used cobra browser for some time, but found it inconvenient to run Gen ps3 extra every time I added an iso file to the PS3_GAMES folder. Now my external HDD fell and shattered to pieces. I want to use a 32gb pen drive to play. Please give me apre-configured package that'll work. Cobra manager or browser any of those. Please!!! I tried...

My ps3 went dead while playin with ode

First off, I want I say that this ode has been installed and working in my ps3 for quite awhile and until now, I've had no issues.

I was playing some cod with on my ode when all of a sudden the ps3 went dead. I wasn't able to get the standby light to come on. I figured it was power supply so I just installed a backup power supply.
I thought my problem was solved until I plugged the fcc cable back into the hdd/power board on the back of the ps3. I immediately lost the standby light. I had to...

Minecraft NPUB31419 update eboot fix

Hey guys, I,ve been trying to find a fix for the latest update of minecraft but couldn't find any. I tried the eboot resigner and resigned the eboot to 4.21 but it didn't work, gave me an error instead. Is there anybody who could help me out regarding this matter? Like build a fix for me or help me resign this. I'm on 4.55 ofw btw.

Any kind of help is appreciated.

Hi there

I want to upgrade my ps3 hard drive since the old one is has insufficient space,ps3 slim 320gb,cech 3004b,ofw 4.53,cobra ode firmware 2.1.I never did this before although I know how to do it but the thing I am afraid is breaking the cobra ode.can some one tell me everything that I need to know before I go for it.have a great weekend.

hello guys , can anyone know the way to convert all 3 episodes into a working iso for cobra ode? i searched for an iso of the complete mini series to download but couldn't find one so i downloaded the 3 PKGS with their fixes on ps3 psn but dunno how to convert them into one working folder iso and convert using genPS3Iso app

Need help running the game Catherine.

I recently got the game Catherine BLUS30428 (US version). Everytime I try to play it in my ode super slim, it crashes to the xmb with the error 80010017. I tried making file with 3k3y isotools as well but same situation. I then went on to check the JB rip with IRD and it gives me error saying following files are of different sizes. Hello everyone..

I have a Ps3 s.slim 4k that I sent to be fitted with ODE, and they installed an E3 ode.
After I got it I got an update required and 8001003C error so I did my research and resigned one of the game for a test, but I'm not sure about generating ISO file.
Are there a specific ISO maker that should be used depends on the ODE brand? and if so, what about the E3?

In general, which ISO maker should I be using?

I know PSX Games need to be set up with a .bin and .cue file, but I've come across a few issues with some games (Legend of Legaia shows splash screens then hangs on a white screen for example). I'm just wondering if there is a list of compatible games that are working with Cobra ODE on PS3 for original PSX games?

I had plans of having the whole psx usa collection on a hdd but ran into big problems(already using HCL so don't have 100 game limit),hdd won't mount (green light) or freezes on the xmb after having a certain number of games on the hdd, somewhere around 176 (it fluctuates depending on what games are copied over).

Hdd has ben defraged multiple times, not sure if theres a limit on how many files the odd can read? Does anyone have over 200 psx games (400 bin/cue) working?

Since a long time we have no news about the Cobra ODE, on their site, the last information is in 2015.
But it seems that it has'nt given up, nowadays, we have received a message from the site officiel that they have produced a new generation 5.2 for Cobra ODE , and you can see more from the image.

My problem is : I have a ps3 ( cfw rogero 4.55 ) and i want to play pes 16 , i downloaded the game and copied it with multiman but when i want to launch the game SURPRISE : ERROR this game need cfw 4.75
Is there any solution to play this game without updating ? I think there something called modding E-boot but i don't have any idea please help guys
